At Renewed Harmony Counseling PLLC, I provide individual therapy for adults and teens, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with an existential approach to support both practical change and deeper self-understanding. I strive to create a thoughtful, affirming, and compassionate environment where clients of all identities feel safe, respected, and supported.
In addition to therapy services, I also offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations and professional consultation services.
My Approach
My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and existential therapy.
DBT offers concrete skills for managing emotions, tolerating distress, improving relationships, and creating more stability in everyday life.
Existential therapy makes space for the deeper human questions—identity, freedom, meaning, responsibility, isolation, grief, and what it means to live authentically.
